[UI] Some icons look pixelated when UI scale value is more than 125%
To reproduce:
1. Open an attached project or create a new one
2. Change UI scaling to 200%
3. Restart Editor to apply Scaling value
Actual result: Game view icon, Preferences icon, Playback icons at Animation, Inspector icon, Animation Filter by selection icon, Animation Add keyframe icon, Animation Add event icon become blurry.
Expected result: All Icons should not be blurry.
Reproduced in: 2019.3.0b4; 2020.1.0a5
2017.4 and 2018.4; 2019.2 Do not have UI scaling in settings

They are also fixed by just selecting a window layout.

The thing is that the icons get sharp (at any scale) when you go to preferences and change the editor font (you can change it back again and the icons will still be sharp). So what is the font change doing, and can't it be done during the editor initialization?
