"Type Options" and "Node Library" dropdowns do not open when clicked on the title
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Open the Project Settings window (Edit > Project Settings)
- Open the Visual Scripting tab in the Project Settings window
- Click the "Initialize Visual Scripting" button
- Click on either the "Type Options" or "Node Library" dropdown titles
- Observe the Project Settings window
Actual results: The dropdown is not opened
Expected results: The dropdown is opened
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.9f1, 6000.3.0b7, 6000.4.0a3
Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, MacOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1
Notes:
- Other similar dropdowns open when clicked on the title so this behavior is inconsistent

This issue has been closed because we know with certainty that we will not be able to address it in the coming year.
We understand that it is personally important enough for you to have filed a bug report, and we are sorry that we will not be able to address it in a timely fashion, but we have to address bugs in order of impact, and unfortunately this one is minor compared to the other issues listed in our backlog.
