Input.mousePosition stops syncing to touch input when using "DownloadHandlerTexture" in WebGL build
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-123694” project
2. Open the Build Profiles window (File > Build Profiles)
3. Change the active Platform to “Web”
4. Build and Run the project
5. After the Build has opened up in a browser, enable the mobile simulation mode
6. Drag the mouse over the screen while holding the left mouse button
7. Observe the “MousePos” value on the screen
Actual result: Value does not change
Expected result: Value changes according to the position of the mouse
Reproducible with: 6000.0.49f1 (840e0a9776d9), 6000.0.64f1, 6000.3.2f1, 6000.4.0b2, 6000.5.0a3
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.48f1 (170d2541580d)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
