TearDown and UnityTest is executed on the same frame when running Play Mode tests
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Test Runner (Window -> General -> Test Runner)
3. In the Test Runner window, run all tests
Expected result: All tests pass and there is a frame delay between TearDown and tests
Actual result: TearDown and UnityTest is executed in the same frame
Reproducible with: 1.1.27 (2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b6, 2022.1.0a4)
