Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Add the “com.unity.muse.chat” package
3. Set your Language to Japanese
4. Make sure you are using an IME
5. Write anything to the “Muse Chat” chat box
6. Press “Enter” to select the suggestions from the IME
7. Observe the “Muse Chat” chat box

Expected result: Suggestion from IME gets pasted into the text box, but isn’t sent to “Muse Chat”
Actual result: Suggestion from IME gets pasted into the text box and gets sent to “Muse Chat”

Reproducible in: 1.0.0-pre.11(2022.3.44f1, 6000.0.17f1)
Couldn’t test in: 1.0.0-pre.3, 1.0.0-pre.5, 1.0.0-pre.6, 1.0.0-pre.7, 1.0.0-pre.10 (because of compilation error)

Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
