Shortcut key will be the name of a folder if creating a new folder with a set shortcut when the Project window is focused
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Menu > Unity > Shortcuts
3. Search for the “Main Menu/Assets/Create/Folder” command
4. Set the “3” key as a shortcut
5. Focus Project window and press “3” key
6. Observe the name of a new folder
Expected result: Folder name is “New Folder”
Actual result: Folder name is “3”
Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.14f1, 2023.2.0b11, 2023.3.0a6
Reproduced on: macOS 13.5.2 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
