Save button in Hub General Preferences leaves its designated area when window height is reduced
Repro steps:
1. Open General Preferences in Unity Hub
2. Reduce the height of the Hub window as much, as possible
Expected results: "Save" button stays within the Unity Editors Folder area
Actual results: "Save" button gets stuck between Unity Editors Folder area and Language area
