Rigidbody.MovePosition with Continuous collision detection performs slower in 2017.2 onwards
To reproduce:
1. Open the QA's attached project
2. Play the scene
3. Observe the PhysicsUpdate.physicsfixedupdate method in the profiler
Expected result: PhysicsFixedUpdate takes up to 2.00 ms
Actual result: PhysicsFixedUpdate takes up to 2.5 ms
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0a5, 2017.2.2p3, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0f1, 2018.2.0b2
Not reproduced with: 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.0a4
