Render Shadows setting in the Camera is inconsistent between Mac and Windows editors
To reproduce:
1. Create a new LWRP project with LWRP template
2. Select the Main Camera
3. Disable "Render Shadows"
4. Observe the scene view
Expected result: the Render Shadows setting should affect scene view in both Mac and Windows editors in the same way.
Actual result: After disabling "Render Shadows", shadows are not rendered in the scene view on Mac and are still rendered in the scene view on Windows.
Reproduced with: 5.7.2, 5.16.1, 6.5.3, 6.9.0, 7.1.1 (SRP Master)
