Refresh option for Trees and Detail Meshes are not working
- Create a terrain that has at least one tree painted on it
- Change the Tree model somehow (add a new branch using the Tree Creator tool, for example)
- Go to the Place Trees Settings in the Terrain Inspector and click the Refresh button
Result: the tree model is not updated
Expected: the tree model preview gets updated and all the painted trees on the terrain get updated
Not a regression from Unity 4.3 at least
