[ReflectionProbe] Reflection Probe data not updated when object Cast Shadows switched off
Repro:
1. Open the project 'Indirect Lighting Reflection Probes'
2. Load the scene 'ReflectionShadowNotUpdating'
3. Select 'ReflectingSphere' in the hierarchy
4. Set Cast Shadows to 'Off' in Mesh Renderer
The shadow on the ground plane disappears, while the reflected shadow remains visible.
