[OpenGL][PowerVR] The screen behind the Canvas is rendered white when an Overlay Camera is rendering the Canvas in the Player

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-96219“ project
2. Make sure that only OpenGL is selected as the Graphics API
3. Make sure the “Development Build” option is disabled in Platform Settings of the Build Profile (File > Build Profiles)
4. Build and Run the Android Player on a device with a PowerVR GPU (File > Build and Run)
5. Observe the Player

Expected result: The scene is rendered with the default Skybox and some white cubes visible in the background
Actual result: The whole screen behind the canvas is rendered in white

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a18, 6000.0.40f1, 6000.1.0b8, 6000.2.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.59f1, 2023.2.0a17
Couldn’t test with: 2023.3.0a15 (Editor crashes when trying to build)

Reproducible environments: macOS 15.3.1 (M3 Max)
Not reproducible environments: No other environments tested
