[Quest] Using default XRRig with Oculus Quest 2 causes the controllers to be displaced in the build but not while using link
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "VRClassroom_V2.zip"
2. Open SampleScene.scene
3. Enter Play mode with Oculus Link enabled
4. Observe controllers' positions
5. Exit Play mode and Build and Run the project
6. Observe controllers' positions
Expected result: Controllers' positions in Play mode and in the build are in front of the Camera
Actual result: Controllers' positions in Build are displaced under the ground
Reproducible with: 1.10.0 (2019.4.36f1), 1.11.2 (2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.14f1, 2022.1.0b10, 2022.2.0a6)
Reproducible with device:
Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650

Resolution Note:
There are no fixes planned for this Bug
Resolution Note (1.12.X):
Versions 1.x and 2.x of oculus will be depreciated before a fix can hit release. Recommend users update projects to newer version of unity to use newer version of oculus to avoid this issue.
Temporary solution is to have users select the XRRig object and in the inspector, under the Camera Offest Script change the Requested Tracking Mode from Default to Floor. This should fix the problem with the controllers when you build your project in Android mode.
