plugin java installer won't install on IE11
-e: see title, works on other browsers and systems
-repro:
--publish the webinstaller test to web
--uninstall any webplayer you have installed
--run the install test using IE11 and the Java option
--NOTICE you don't get the JAva installer but exe download
--works on Firefox, not yet tested other IEs
--workaround is to just use other methods
