"Add new query block" (+) button has no highlight when navigated with the keyboard
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Hierarchy, near the search bar, click "Open in Search"
3. In the Search window, press the "Left Arrow" key
4. Press the "Right Arrow" key and observe the results
Expected results: The "" button has the on-hover highlight
Actual results: The "" button has no highlight
Reproducible with: 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.7f1, 6000.4.0b7, 6000.5.0a6
Reproducible in: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
