OnPointerEnter and OnPointerExit still propagate parent GameObjects when the "Send Pointer Hover To Parent" property is set to false in the Input System UI Input Module
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “PointerEnterChildBug.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Enter Play Mode;
4. Hover over the highest GameObject in the Game view (the “Grandchild (?)“ GameObject)
5. Move your cursor away from the hovered GameObject in the Game view
6. Observe the Console
Expected result: “1“ and “2” are logged
Actual result: “1“ through “6“ are logged
Reproducible in: 1.7.0, 1.10.0 (2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.55f1, 6000.0.32f1, 6000.1.0a9), 1.11.0, 1.11.2 (2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.55f1)
Not reproducible in: 1.11.2 (6000.0.32f1, 6000.1.0a9)
Fixed in: 1.11.0 (6000.0.32f1, 6000.1.0a9)
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
