[New Input System] "Importing an asset with global game manager is not allowed" warning when importing InputDeviceTester demo
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Install the Input System package
3. Import the InputDeviceTester demo
Expected results: A demo is imported without any issues
Actual results: A global game manager warning is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.2.6f1, 2019.3.0b4, 2020.1.0a4 (package ver. preview-0.9.5 & preview-0.9.6)
Additional note:
1. Preview-0.9.5 is the package version on which the InputDeviceTester demo was introduced
2. This warning is thrown with InputDeviceTester demo
3. Reimporting the demo does not throw a warning
