[Mobile] [LWRP] Some meshes are not being rendered when using shader graph shaders with GLES API
To reproduce:
1. Open project attached by QA
2. Set graphics API to GLES2 or GLES3
3. Build for iOS or Android platform ExampleScene-Player scene
4. Run on the device
Expected result: All meshes should be rendered
Actual result: Some meshes are not being rendered
iOS devices: iPad Pro 10.5 iOS 11.4, iPhone X iOS 12.0
