Memory leak when using .NET sockets
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Build and Run the project (File > Build and Run)
3. Open the “Task Manager” application
4. Observer the Player memory usage
Expected result: Memory usage does not increase
Actual result: Memory usage increases at intervals
Reproducible with: 2021.3.41f1, 2022.3.39f1, 6000.0.11f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Ubuntu 24.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 11
