[Mac] Editor performance drops on macOS when clicking and dragging on Position, Rotation and Scale values in Transform component
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Right-click on the Hierarchy window and create a Cube (3D Object > Cube)
3. Select Cube GameObject
4. In the Inspector window move the slider of transforms Position (Rotation or Scale) X value
Expected result: Cube is moving (rotating or scaling) smoothly
Actual result: Cube is jittering when moving (rotating or scaling)
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a9, 2021.3.5f1, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a18
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.2.0a8
Reproducible on: Mac OS 12.3.1 (M1 Max), Ubuntu 20.04
Notes:
- Issue is also reproducible when changing Width, Height, Rotation and Scale values of 2D GameObjects (for example Button values) using the Rect Transform component

Issue also occurs when navigating in sceneview or animation preview window with mouse, this started happening after MacOS Ventura update.
