[LWRP] Shadow banding using SRP and Android platform is selected
1) Open Unity hub and create a new LWRP template project
2) Go to Windows >> Package manager and update LWRP to 6.5.3
3) Go to Build settings and switch build target to Android
Observe: Shadow banding on the walls and floor and some lwrp shader erros in the Console:

Shader error in 'Lightweight Render Pipeline/Lit': failed to open source file: 'ShadowCasterPass.hlsl' at line 154 (on d3d11)
Shader error in 'Lightweight Render Pipeline/Lit': failed to open source file: 'DepthOnlyPass.hlsl' at line 186 (on d3d11)

Resolution Note:
LWRP version 6.5.3 is meant for 19.2, also it is very old, please update to 6.9.0 where it does not repo, or when using 19.3 use Universal RP 7.0.0
