[Linux][CentOS] Components submenu has additional space at the top when opening More Items menu in the Inspector window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Inspector window create a cube GameObject (right click > 3D Object > Cube)
3. Select the cube GameObject
4. In the Inspector window press "Add Component"
5. Scroll down through the menu and select New Script and press the "Create and Add" button
6. On the Script Component press on a more Items (⋮) menu to open submenu
7. Observe the opened submenu
Expected results: No additional space at the top of the opened submenu
Actual results: Submenu has additional space at the top
Reproducible with: 2021.3.5f1, 2022.1.6f1, 2022.2.0a17
Could not test with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.36f1 (not supported on CentOS7)

Resolution Note:
Duplicate of https://fogbugz.unity3d.com/f/cases/1340774/ which was resolved Third Party as this is current GTK behavior with menus near the edge of the display.
