Label's Mesh is not removed when using the RemoveFromHierarchy() method
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Inside the Game View, in the top left corner, select the “Simulator” drop-down and select “Game”
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. Press the “Replace Label!” Button twice
6. Observe the Console Window
Expected result: “Mesh Count=17” message is logged twice
Actual result: “Mesh Count=17” and “Mesh Count=18” messages are logged
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a9, 2022.3.5f1, 2023.1.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.2.0a8, 2023.2.0b1
Fixed in: 2023.1.0a20
Reproducible on: Intel MacOS 13.4
