Calculating time durations in RenderDoc with DX12 causes 'Device Lost error' popup
1. Open the attached “IN-96736” project
2. Right-click on Game View title and press “Load RenderDoc” option
3. Press the capture button in the toolbar of the Game View
4. Open the capture in the “RenderDoc” application
5. Press the “Time durations for the actions” button in the “Event Browser” tab
Expected result: No error popup is shown
Actual result: “Device Lost error” popup is shown
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a20, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.42f1, 6000.1.0b10, 6000.2.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.60f1, 2023.2.0a19
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

- Reproduces with Windows Developer Mode enabled
- Does not reproduce with Nvidia RTX 3500 Ada Generation Laptop GPU
