Item list in the Signal Reciever component breaks when more than 1 item is added
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-4094.zip“
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
3. In the Hierarchy window select “GameObject“ GameObject
4. In the Inspector window click the “+“ button twice
5. Observe the list
Expected result: Both items in the list are fully displayed
Actual result: A part of the second item is cut off
Reproducible with: 2020.3.31f1, 2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.7f1, 2022.1.12f1, 2022.2.0a4, 2022.2.0b2, 2023.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.30f1, 2022.2.0a1, 2022.2.0a3
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: Selecting a different GameObject and then coming back fixes the list
