InputField API updater incorrectly updates the OnEndEdit list
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “OnEndEdit“ project
2. Open the “Sample” scene
3. Select the “InputField” GameObject
4. In Inspector observe the “On End Edit“ list
Expected result: The list is not empty
Actual result: The list is empty
Reproduced in: 2021.2.0a5, 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0b3
Not reproduced in: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.2.0a4
Reproduced using: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel), Windows 10
Notes:
1. If “On Submit” is empty before updating, then after updating what should be in “On End Edit“ gets moved to “On Submit” instead of being completely gone
2. In 2021.2.0a4 sometimes the Editor freezes after step 3. Reopen the project and try again

Resolution Note:
The field formerly known as "OnEndEdit" is now known as "OnSubmit". The previous value is correctly moved into the new name. The field now known as "OnEndEdit" is a new one and it's normal that it's empty when a project from a former version of Unity is opened.
