Input connection brakes after project is reopened

The input to the Set Item node found in the RefreshUI graph brakes, when reopening the project.
Steps to reproduce
* Download and open +[this|https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xuxclDsRURbw1Nqc95HWo2Njyx_PcAyX/view?usp=sharing]+ project in 2019.4.1f1
* Open the Inventory Class and open the RefreshUI graph.
* Notice issue the input connection to the Set Item asset is broken
* Reconnect the broken connection and regenerate the scripts.
* Connects is correct and project works as expected
* Close Unity and reopen the project
Notice issue >> The input to the Set Item asset is broken again.
Tested: Unity 2019.4.1f1, Bolt 2.0.0a12
