If you load a scene using OnPointerDown, the OnPointerUp method is not called
Reproduction steps:
1. Open my attached project
2. Open scene1
3. Enter Play mode
4. Click on the button
Result: OnPointerDown() is called, but OnPointerUp() is not, even though the Canvas GameObject is not destroyed on load.
This happens only if the action that OnPointerDown() calls is scene loading, any other action works correctly.
Reproducible on: 5.4.4f1, 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0b2
Tested on Windows 10
