[HDRP] Debug Tile/Cluster debug Environment is misleading
This option is misleading. Called Environment but no changes in Visual Environment affects it. Instead it shows the influence of reflection probes. We might want to rename it to "Reflection probes" or something along the lines. Or at least document it so users know what it does, not there is no indication.
