Empty Space between Menu Toolbar and Game View when in Play Mode with Maximize On Play
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project (RPG(practice).zip)
2. Open the "SandBox" Scene
3. In Game View turn-on "Maximize On Play"
4. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: There is no empty space between Menu Toolbar and Game View
Actual result: There is a space between Menu Toolbar and Game View
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a12, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.0f1, 2019.2.6f1, 2019.3.0a11, 2019.3.0b2, 2020.1.0a2, 2020.1.0a4
