"Could not find specified video device" error when using WebCamTexture with OBS virtual camera
Reproduction steps:
1. Open OBS
2. Click "Start Virtual Camera"
3. Open the attached "VirtualCam.zip" project
4. Open the "SampleScene" scene
5. Enter Play mode
6. Observe the Console
Expected result: No errors, the OBS virtual camera feed is played
Actual result: "ERROR - Could not find specified video device" error
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.14f1, 2022.1.0b12, 2022.2.0a8
Note: Also reproducible with NVIDIA Broadcast virtual camera
