"Could not find asset metadata and GUID" warnings when serializing a scene that contains a prefab
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "PrefabIssue.zip" project
2. Open the "PrefabBugScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: No warnings are logged
Actual result: "Could not find asset metadata and GUID" warnings are logged
Reproduced with: 0.6.0-preview (2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.9f1)
Could not test with: 0.6.0-preview (2022.2.0b1, 2023.1.0a3) (could not resolve package errors)
Reproduced on: Windows 10, Windows 11

The warnings are there to tell the user that the system does not have enough information to serialize the scene at runtime. The issue is that they have a prefab in the scene which will be saved as a prefab reference to the AssetPack, but then they try to save that scene in Play mode, where the prefab is unpacked and the system does not have references to the assets it references.
