Bolt wizard appears after upgrading project to 2020.1
Description
When upgrading a Bolt 1.4 project from 2019.3 to 2020.1 the wizard appears on the naming screen. You are unable to select how you want to set your naming without errors appearing in the console.

You can close the menu and continue with your project. This only happens the first time you upgrade your project.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new project in 2019.3.7f1
- Create a new scene and attach a Flow Macro to an object
- Add a debug.log string to the start function
- Save and Exit.
- Open project in 2020.1.0b4
Notice issue >> Wizard appears on the naming menu. Selecting a naming option results in errors in the console.
Tested: Unity 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0b4
Note: Also reproduces after clicking on Assets folder in the Project window and selecting "Reimport All" or pulling the project from the version control system (tested the on 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.3f1, 2020.2.0a21)

This happens with any Unity version after upgrade.The setup wizard and console errors go away after a Unity restart.
