Asset and Component Reset function doesn't reset all of the values or reset to non-default values
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a New Project
2. Try to reset the asset/component values
Expected Result: Values reset
Actual Result: Reset button is greyed out/ Values don't reset/ Values reset to non-default values
Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a4, 2020.1.0a1, 2019.3.0b3, 2019.3.0a10, 2019.3.0a1, 2019.2.5f1, 2018.4.8f1, 2017.4.32f1
