[2D Light] Sliders in the Inspector window become hypersensitive to mouse movement when its gameObject also contains a collider
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named Case_1186491
2. Select the Freeform light in the NewScene
3. Move Falloff Intensity or Volume Opacity sliders
4. Observe that they behave normally
5. Add a box collider component to its gameObject
6. Try move Falloff Intensity or Volume Opacity sliders again
Expected behavior: Sliders behave the same way as before
Actual behavior: Sliders become hypersensitive to changes
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b4, 2020.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.10f1, 2019.1.14f1(2D Ligths were not yet availble in URP)
Package versions tested: 6.7.1, 6.9.1, 7.1.1
Notes:
1. The issue seems to only affect the Light 2D component
2. 2D Lights were added in package version 6.7.1
