[XR SDK] XRSettings.eyeTextureDesc first two frames always sends the same results
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project ("MockHMDEyeTextureDescReport.zip")
2. Open "Report" scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected result:
Actual result:
Reproducible with: 2019.4.1f1, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a15 (XR SDK) (3.2.10, 3.2.12)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1 (Legacy XR)
Tested with:
- Mock HMD
- Oculus Rift

Resolution Note:
Our developers have determined this issue is a duplicate of https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/xr-sdk-mockhmd-errors-appear-when-copying-stereo-view-matrices-from-the-main-camera-to-a-sub-camera. The fix for the linked issue is currently in review.

Expected result: XRSETTINGS.EYETEXTUREDESC will return a correct description from the start.
Actual result: XRSETTINGS.EYETEXTUREDESC return a wrong description in 2 frames from the start.
