[XR Interaction Toolkit] XRSocketInteractor does not provide default material when "None (material)" is set
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("XRSocketInteractor-Bug.zip")
2. Open SampleScene scene
3. Open Inspector window
4. Select Socket Game object
5. Make sure that XR Socket Interactor Component has:
- "Show Interactable Hover Meshes" is ticked
- "Interactable Hover Mesh Material" is set to None
6. Enter Play mode
7. Hover Sphere over Cube
Expected result: Socket works and socket material is visible
Actual result: Socket works and no socket material is visible
Reproducible with: 2019.3.7f1 (0.9.3), 2020.1.0b4 (0.9.6), 2020.2.0a5 (0.9.6)
Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1 (Packages are not present), 2018.4.20f1 (No XR Interaction package)
