[Windows] No minimum “Select” window size
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Select “Global Volume” GameObject
3. Click on the “SampleSceneProfile” field in the Inspector to open “Select” window
4. Resize “Select” window to the smallest possible size
Actual result: Only Search field can be seen at its minimum size
Expected result: All Search window fields are still seen at its minimum size
Reproducible with: 6000.0.69f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a8
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: macOS Tahoe 26.3 (M4)
