[XR] Events are not fired while hovering on UI components
Events like highlight, click etc are not fired while hovering on any of the UI Component.
Steps to Reproduce.
1. Open the attached project.
2. Run the UI Scene on Oculus or Gear VR
3. Click on Edit> Project Settings > XR Settings > Enable the Virtual Reality SDK
4. Add "Oculus" SDK in "Virtual Reality SDKs" section.
5. Click on Window > VR Tests > Run UI
6. Magenta dot would appear so as to indicate the focus.
7. Click by pressing 'F' key OR click using the controller
Observe no event is fired.
Reproducible on: 2018.1.0b9, 2018.1.0b1, 2018.1.0a7, 2017.3.0f3, 2017.3.0f2, 2017.2.0f3
Note:
In 2017.1.0f3 there is no support for XR settings.
