[XR] Can't access depth texture from XR SDK Display subsystem as glTexStorage3D gets assigned instead of glTexImage3D
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Load the Scene "display"
3. Build and Run to an Android device
4. Use the RenderDoc to debug the application (guide attached in the private comments)
Expected result: glTexImage3D gets assigned to both color and depth textures
Actual result: glTexStorage3D is assigned to the depth instead of the glTexImage3D
Reproducible with: 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.7f1, 2021.1.6f1, 2021.2.0a16
Could not test with: 2018.4.34f1 due to not being able to downgrade
Reproducible on:
VLNQA00099, Google Pixel XL (Pixel XL), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon 821 MSM8996 Pro, GPU: Adreno (TM) 530
VLNQA00333, Hmd Global Nokia 7 plus, Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon 660, GPU: Adreno (TM) 512
Notes:
- glTexImage3D image is used for both the color and the depth textures in the "ExampleDisplayProvider.cpp"
- XR SDK Display Sample 0.1.0-preview.1 is used
- Previously tested "xr/vulkan/fix-provider-depth-texture-init" and "fix-provider-depth-texture-init-proposed-crash-fix" branches did not fix this issue

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
Depth texture sharing was never implemented for GLES - but it is available with vulkan on recent unity builds. Recommendation is to use vulkan.
