[XInput] Crash when setting GamePad.SetVibration
To reproduce the issue follow the steps:
1. Open "XInputUnity" test project user has attached
2. Open "InputTest" Scene
3. Run the scene
4. Crash occurs
Note: Standalone output returns following error line
"An abnormal situation has occurred: the PlayerLoop internal function has been called recursively"
Reproduced in 5.4.0b18, 5.3.4f1, 5.2.2p4
