WebGL Player freezes on startup when calling GetMonoManagerPtr
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Build and run the project for WebGL (File -> Build Settings... -> Build and Run)
Expected result: the Player does not freeze on startup
Actual result: the Player freezes on startup, browser throws "RuntimeError: null function or function signature mismatch <...>"
Reproducible with: 2020.3.28f1, 2021.2.11f1, 2022.1.0b7, 2022.2.0a4
Could not test with: 2019.4.36f1 (project breaks after downgrading)

Still broken in latest 2022.3.20 LTS - any idea when it will be fixed?
