[WebGL] Negative audio pitch doesn't make audio play backwards
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run on WebGL
3. Press P. This will multiply pitch by -1 and change it to negative
Actual results:
Chrome: Sound doesn't play at all
Firefox: Sound still plays forwards
Expected result:
Sound plays backwards
Reproduced with: 5.2.5f1, 5.3.6p2, 5.4.0p4, 5.5.0b1

I've hit this too, please fix! Backwards music is really important for my game!
