WebGL Memory Crash in Firefox 32-bit when WebGL memory size is increased
To reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Switch platform to WebGL
3. Set WebGL Memory Size to 700
4. Build project
5. Upload project to server
6. Open build in Firefox (32 bit)
7. Refresh several times
Actual: Build crashes and a dialogue appears informing the user they have run out of memory
Expected: Build shouldn't crash
Reproduced with 5.6.0b5, 5.5.1f1, 5.4.4p1, 5.3.7p3 on Firefox (32 bit) 50.1.0
Not reproducible on Chrome 32bit.
