[Visual Scripting] Mouse cursor and performed actions ignores node overlays

* Unity version: 2021.1.0b6
* VS version: 1.5.1-pre.3
* Platforms: Windows 10
*To reproduce:*
# Create a node with a dropdown option
# Duplicate it
# Drag the duplicated node on top of the original
# Change dropdown value
*Actual:*
* The bottom nodes value is changed
*Expected:*
* The top node value is changed
*Notes:*
* This is also true if the node is on the boundaries of container. Dragging the mouse in the spot where the edge is, getting the arrows indicating that container can be manipulated.

Resolution Note:
This seems to be a core issue related to IMGUI, not related to Visual Scripting. Fixing it would be very difficult, hacky and/or not feasible. Workaround is to 1) Not overlap nodes or 2) Use the Graph Inspector window on the side to set inputs to avoid the botched input on the overlapped nodes.
