Using Assembly Definition increases recompile time for about 10 seconds more
Reproduction steps:
1. Download user's project and open in Unity
2. Try changing Test.cs script and note the recompilation time
3. Remove the DLLPlugins and DLLEditorPlugins
4. Import .dll files from Library\ScriptAssemblies
5. Try changing Test.cs script and note the recompilation time
Expected: the times should be almost the same
Actual: recompilation time with DLLPlugins and DLLEditorPlugins is larger (about 15sec) than with ScriptingAssemblies (about 4sec)
