[URP][M1] Sprites aren't rendering in Scene view
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "test-trunk.zip" project
2. Open scene "SampleScene" and compare scene and game views
Expected result: In both windows same sprites are rendered
Actual result: Sprites aren't rendering in Scene view
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b1, 2023.1.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.0b4, 2023.1.0a26
