[URP] Light bleeds through concave Mesh when Cascade Rendering is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "URP - Concave mesh bug report.zip"
2. Press Play
Expected result: Inside the concave Mesh shadows are cast without light bleeding through
Actual result: Light bleeds through a concave Mesh
Reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.35f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.27f1), 12.1.4 (2021.2.10f1), 13.1.5 (2022.1.0b6), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a3)
Notes:
- Issue reproduces in Scene and Game view
- Setting the Directional Light's Near Plane to 10 resolves the issue

Resolution Note:
This issue is caused when big triangles cross the near plane. The workaround here is to refine the geometry to avoid big triangles or to push the directional shadows near plane.
