Unknown managed type referenced ValueTupleSource errors appear in the Console when using Localization.SmarFormat
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "case_1307577.zip" project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. Observe the Console window
Expected result: There are no errors
Actual result: "Unknown managed type referenced: [Unity.Localization] UnityEngine.Localization.SmartFormat.Extensions.ValueTupleSource " error appears
Reproducible with: 0.8.0-preview - 0.9.0-preview (2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a3)
Not reproducible with: 0.10.0-preview (2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a3)
Could not test with: 2018.4.31f1 (could not downgrade)
