Unity Scriptable Build Pipeline exception error when building with long file path
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "ZD_1123041_LongPaths.zip" user project
2. Run "Tools > BuildAssetBundles"
Expected results: The build succeeds
Actual results: The build fails with a file not found exception error
Reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.28f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a13
Note: Often reproduces after a second build
